We offer the following services all require consultation and may require a deposit to hold appointments. Deena Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid to hold the appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable if a late cancellation or no-show occurs; touch-up and follow-up appointment rules are handled per service policy.

Health & Safety
Disclaimer
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and recent cosmetic procedures prior to treatment. Certain conditions (including but not limited to diabetes, pregnancy, lactation, blood-thinning medications, active skin diseases, or medications such as Accutane/Retin-A) may disqualify clients from receiving permanent makeup or certain skin treatments. A physician's written permission may be required in some cases.
Results vary by individual and are influenced by medical history, skin type, and aftercare. For lip treatments, antiviral prophylaxis (e.g., Acyclovir) may be required; follow pre/post-treatment instructions provided during consultation.

Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once performed. Deposits required to hold appointments are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows. Touch-up appointments are available according to service-specific policies and may incur additional fees. If you have concerns about results, contact us promptly to discuss corrective options.
